Specifications include, but are not limited to: Create digital graphics, hard copies, and perform various tasks to be used for internal and external communications from GSD provided site development programs, example images, preliminary concept drawings/ information, preliminary budget, as-built drawings in CAD or PDF format of building and site, create park renderings of the proposed site renovation and/ or new construction. Including but not limited to the following. Site Plan Rendering – 2D plan view rendering overlayed onto an aerial image. Isometric + Sectional Renderings – Cross section views at a variety of different angles/perspectives. Pedestrian View Perspective Rendering. Birds Eye + Aerial View Perspective Rendering. 3D Modeling – typically an output from REVIT or Sketchup with finishing touches completed in additional rendering software such as Lumion and Photoshop. Diagrams / Site Analysis Graphics. Informational Graphics – typically an output of engagement to make results easier to understand. Project Announcement/Construction Sign Design (4’ x 8’ panel). Point of Sale/Event Graphic Design (2’ x 8’ panel). Construction Scrim/Screening Graphic Design. Printing of 24” x 36” graphics. Mounting on form core (24” x 36”). Point of Sale/Event (2’ x 6’ – self standing) fabrication. Construction Scrim/Screening (5’ x 50’) fabrication. Project Announcement/Construction sign fabrication (4’ x 8’ weather resistant panel with two 10’ x 4” x 4” wood posts) Installation of Project Announcement/Construction sign. Printing of flyers (Design by others). Printing of double-sided yard signs (Design by others). Scanning of large format (24”x36”) hard copy documents to PDF or JPEG.
