A. Set aside and utilize at least five (5) acres of their own farm for LTBB use for the Homegrown Project for the following: • tomatoes • summer squash • peppers • kale • kohlrabi • basil • beets • turnips • parsley • cabbage • green beans • peas • cucumber • broccoli • rutabaga B. LTBB has set aside the following acreage at LTBB’s properties listed below for planting listed crops. • Cemetery Rd: 10 Acres -Winter Squash, Pumpkins, and Indian Corn • Murray Rd: 9 Acres – Potatoes and Sweet Corn C. Provide at least two (2) patches of strawberries for harvesting. D. Must use as much LTBB designated property as possible to provide a conventional u-pick garden to LTBB community. Designated growing sites to be agreed upon by Executive Director and Contractor. E. Purchase and provide all seed, plants, and fertilizer for all sites set aside for LTBB's Homegrown Project use. F.
