Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK 2.01 Provide trash pickup at various locations. Bidders must review all sites for location of containers. 2.02 The district is interested in exploring the possibilities of implementing a recycling program. On the proposal form indicate whether your company provides a recycling program. If so, include information in your bid package. 2.03 Pick-ups must be scheduled after 7:00 a.m. but before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:15 a.m., Monday through Friday; earliest pick-up must be with-in city ordinance. 2.04 All containers must be inspected yearly, in August, before the start of school for cleanliness and appearance. If needed, containers will be either power-washed or swapped-out with clean containers. 3.0 FREQUENCY OF SERVICE 3.01 All 6 cu yd and 8 cu yd containers to be emptied per contract per September 1 through June 30. In July and August, service will be required on call only, except the Administration Building, Butcher Community Center, Pfromm Center, and the Educational Service Center, which will be picked up weekly. 3.02 All 20 cu yd open top, 30 cu yd open top, and 35 cu yd self- contained containers will be emptied on call only, except CPC which is emptied weekly on Tuesday. 3.03 Please see the School Year Rubbish Removal Schedule. 3.04 All containers must be provided by bidder.
