1. The Contractor will provide service after at least two (2) inches of snow has accumulated. In the case of snowfall during the night time hours, snow shall be removed prior to 7:00 AM. The Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring the area and responding as needed; however, the Contractor is to respond and clear snow within three (3) hours of accumulation of two (2) inches of snow at any time of day. The clearing service is to be performed seven (7) days per week including holidays, as needed. Snow is to be pushed up onto the grassy areas of the facility as directed by the Housing Commission staff. 2. Parking Lots - The upper-level parking lot and the main drive area including the front circle drive; and the lower-level parking area and the access driveways including employee parking spaces, if no vehicle is present. The area in front of the garage door and lower entry must be cleared for access to garbage dumpsters and equipment. Parking areas to be cleared include the driving areas only. No vehicles will be moved for snowplowing purposes, but the areas directly behind the vehicles shall be free of snow for easy exit of the vehicle. 3. Sidewalks - The sidewalks on the upper and lower levels adjacent to parking, and including the front entrance west to Port Street should be cleared and salted.
