The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive snow plowing/salting services for the school district's properties, which include but are not limited to: ● Snow plowing/salting services of the parking lots, driveways, adjacent sidewalks to the school fronts, loading dock, areas of the school buildings. The contractor will keep sight lines clear, as best as possible, of snow piles especially at roadway entrances and exits from parking lots and drives. Work will be at the below referenced addresses; ● Memphis Junior/Senior High School, located at 34130 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Memphis Elementary School, located at 34165 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Memphis Bus Garage, located at 34841 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Memphis Central Office, located at 34110 Bordman Road, Memphis Michigan 48041 ● Marking of areas of parking lots and/or drives with reflective markers where snow plowing services will be conducted to prevent damage to property and other obstacles. ● Services are expected based on weather conditions and experience, to keep the district open. ● Any additional services necessary to maintain safety on District properties.
