Specifications include, but are not limited to: GLWA requires snow removal and de-icing of all walking and driving surfaces, paved and unpaved, including without limitation parking lots, parking structures, sidewalks, walkways, stairways, doorways, hatchways, turnstiles, ramps, docks, easements, and steps at GLWA facilities located in the counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Monroe, St Clair, Lapeer, and Genesee (the "Services"). Damages sometimes occur during the performance of snow removal and de-icing services. The selected Consultant is responsible for damages caused while performing the Services and shall provide, as a part of the Services, as needed repair personnel and/or a specialty subcontractor to repair damage to any property resulting from the Services including without limitation gates, curbs, hatch covers, fences, buildings, poles, vehicles, equipment, and any stationary objects on facility grounds.
