The contractor shall plow the driveway and parking lot of the facility with snow accumulation of 2 inches or more. Snow left on the premises shall not block the ingress/egress of the parking lot or reduce parking lot spaces. Snow left on the premises shall not block or hinder the view of motorists. The facility is an Emergency Medical Facility and is required to be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The facility shall be kept free of snow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This facility shall be given preference over facilities which are non- emergency facilities. Contractor shall be responsible to make turf, parking lot, sidewalk, and curb repairs in areas where contractor’s equipment damages turf after leaving pavement surfaces. Last payment of the season will be held until all necessary repairs are made to the satisfaction of Osceola County.
