The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the snow removal services as described in the Schedule B, Location Specification Sheet (LSS). The required objective is to maintain the facility(s) in a manner that provides a clean, healthy and safe work environment for faculty, staff, students and visitors. The Contractor, through innovation, technology or other means, shall perform and provide the required snow plowing services and staff to complete the frequencies determined by the State and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental, to the performance of work. Compliance will be based on the State’s overall evaluation and interpretation in accordance with method of performance, frequencies and method of performance, as set forth in this Contract.
