St. Joseph Public Schools is undertaking a flooring replacement project in the high school kitchen's washroom, cooler, and freezer areas. The scope of work includes: Flooring Replacement ● Remove the existing tile flooring. ● Prepare the subfloor and base for the installation of new Stonhard overlayment flooring. Kitchen Equipment Handling ● Remove and reinstall kitchen equipment as needed to facilitate flooring installation. ● This includes, but is not limited to, cooler and freezer racks, sinks, the dishwasher, and associated equipment. Lighting Upgrades ● Install new lighting in the kitchen and associated areas. ● Connect new fixtures to the existing controls and circuits. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable safety and building codes.
