Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide winter maintenance service for the following three (3) locations, as outlined within Schedule A (contract activities) and attached Location Specification Sheet (LSS). Ref. Exhibit D for aerial views of locations. • Detroit Operations and Service Center (DOSC) • Fort St. Bascule Bridge • Bagley Pedestrian Bridge Plaza and Park and Ride lot* * Bagley Pedestrian Bridge: The contractor will not be required to clear the entire plaza on the east (21 Street) side of the bridge. A 6-8’ handicap accessible path must be cleared from the NW Corner of 21st St. and Bagley to the West Fisher Service Dr. The stairs and handicap ramp at W Fisher Service Drive shall be included. The results of this RFP will result in a one (1)-year contract with two (2) 1-year renewal options. This will not be a split award- MDOT-DOSC is awarding one contract for three locations.
