Specifications include, but are not limited to: Printing suppliers with experience in Direct Mailing advertisement to households in the City of Detroit. The Elections Department will supply high resolution artworks and all data files with addresses for the printing projects to the awarded printing supplier. Supplier will print and fold newsletters and absentee voter applications for mailing with postage addresses in the City of Detroit. A. Printing • Absentee Voter Ballot Applications • 8 pg. Newsletter • Voter ID Cards • Post Cards B.Data Processing • File Processing/Presort (EDDM sort Standard Class Mail) C. Mail Services • Ink Jet Name and Address onto Folded Mailer for addresses Sort and Prepare for Mail Delivery Deliver to Detroit Main Post Office • Pay postage using Supplier’s own USPS Permit Number • Vendor will be responsible for postage and payment of postage to be included in total charges to the City of Detroit Elections Departments • Provide all undeliverable, Forwardable and Non-Forwardable Records via Email in Excel Format back to Elections Department.
