Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The DMVA believes no other entities with the capabilities to provide and replicate the services provided by Marshall Public School District and wishes to continue this 13 year existing partnership with Marshall Public. A new vendor must have staff, equipment, supplies, admin, clerical support and IT support and everything else needed to allow non-interrupted services already established within the challenge programs. The Contracted vendor will continue to offer MYCA/MJCP cadets/associates vocational training at the CACC, employment skills and education training and will provide transportation for the cadets/associates to and from the CACC, service to community projects, field trips and other events.
