Specifications include, but are not limited to: All site demolition work including removal of curbs, sidewalks, asphalt paving, fencing, etc as indicated on the drawings. Haul all debris offsite and dispose of legally and properly. 5. All cut and fill required for the site and building to an elevation within +/- 0.10 foot of proposed sub-grade. 6. Contractor responsible to provide building pad and the base of all concrete work. 7. Excavation and grading for thickened slab, depressions, trench drains, etc. 8. Excavated material will not be homogeneous. Bricks, concrete, metal, miscellaneous urban debris, soil, etc will all be present in the excavated material. This is all to be removed at no additional cost. 9. Demolition, excavation, placement, maintenance, and eventual removal of a of temporary road (See staging plan for road extension). Road is to be 1’ thick coarse aggregate on temporary fabric. Location to be determined by Construction Manager. Provide unit price (per SY) if road limits increase or decrease based on actual field conditions. 10. Stone base for new slab-on-grade, sidewalks, curbs, aprons, etc removed during initial site demolition. 11. Final compaction of all stone and sand under concrete. 12. Proof rolling and compaction of all sub-grade areas. 13. All machine and hand excavation & grading required for execution of this work. 14. All soil erosion control measures as indicated on plan. 15.
