Interior renovations of the youth bathrooms and showers. Toilets, lavatories, and shower units shall be replaced with detention grade, ligature-resistant fixtures. Existing tile and paint finishes shall be removed and replaced. Hvac diffusers and grilles and speaker covers shall be cleaned and/or painted to match the ceiling finish. Sprinkler heads shall be left in place and operation shall be verified by the Owner. Sprinkler head escutcheons shall be removed, cleaned and replaced. Fire alarms shall remain in operation. Floor drains are to be cleaned and reinstalled. Entry doors and frames shall be prepped and painted in place. Light fixtures shall be removed and replaced. Install new toggle light switches and stainless steel cover plates.
