1. Attend pre-construction meeting 2. Acquiring all necessary permits 3. Supplying all roofing materials, including but not limited to, shingles, underlayment, drip edge, ridge caps, nails/screws, lumber, full-coverage ice and water barrier, snow bars/guards, eave troughs and screws, and flashing. 4. The contractor shall remove all existing roofing materials down to the roof deck. If unforeseen conditions arise, the contractor must notify the project manager for further instructions. 5. Properly disposing of all roofing material debris in accordance with local regulations. 6. Repairing roof decking as necessary and determined by the Contractor and Facilities Director. 7. The contractor shall install full-coverage ice and water shield on the entire roof deck, as required for low-slope roofing applications. All materials and installation methods must comply with manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes. 8. Install 1.5” aluminum drip edge to perimeter. 9. Cut-out and install ridge vent and cap at peaks, as required, for proper venting. 10. Install all pipe flashing and step flashing, as required. 11. Installing flashing where needed. All protrusions must be flashed correctly (vents, etc.). 12. Installing shingle roofing.
