Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a contractor for the 2024 Minnesota Department of Information Technology (MNIT) Manager & Supervisors Off-Site Meeting (Conference). The Conference is scheduled for September 19, 2024. MNIT anticipates approximately 360 attendees at the Conference. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. The Contractor’s facility must be located within 20 miles of 658 Cedar Street, St. Paul, MN 55155 as measured using Google Maps™.
