1. The Minnesota Army National Guard at Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC), Little Falls, Minnesota is publicizing this SOURCES SOUGHT notice gathering information with respect to food service background and experience.
2. No solicitation is being issued currently. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered proposals, nor will any award be made because of this SOURCES SOUGHT. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any future solicitation, including specifications and/or Performance Work Statement will be made available on the Contract Opportunities website (https://beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the website for release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments.
3. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested businesses capable of performing the work described below:
a. The Contractor shall be able to provide nutritional, safe, and appetizing meals in satisfactory quantities within planned eating schedules in a sanitary, clean and pleasant dining environment. In addition, provide an accurate accountability of money, subsistence and other resources while performing Full Food Service at the Camp Ripley Training Center, Contract Dining Facility in Little Falls, MN. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform food service support operations. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed, as well as develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
4. This contract is considered mission essential.
5. The following NAICS Code applies to this SOURCES SOUGHT: 722310 – Food Service Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS code is $47M.

- Your capability statement should be limited to five (5) pages. At a minimum, your capability statement should include skills, experience, knowledge, and licensure to perform the services described. Please include the following:
