***Amendment 0001 makes changes to the Scope of Work (SOW)***
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for a contractor to supply all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to install new closed cell spray foam insulation and ductless mini-split AC unit in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations and local building codes. They shall also supply and deliver ceiling tiles, ceiling tile grids, and LED lighting. All work shall take place at the following address:

The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract with a completion date of October 31, 2022.
