Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Become knowledgeable about the following topics: o 988 Lifeline Partner Toolkit, including 988 branding guidelines and current national messages (https://www.samhsa.gov/find-help/988/partner-toolkit) o 988 Lifeline Messaging Framework (https://www.suicidepreventionmessaging.org/988messaging/framework) o Best practices for safe messaging on suicide (https://www.suicidepreventionmessaging.org/actionalliance-framework-successful-messaging) o Past 988 Lifeline statewide digital campaign, messages, and learning, and culturally specific messaging projects • Coordinate a kick-off meeting to discuss and develop a table of deliverables, associated activities, and due dates. • Coordinate virtual meetings with MDH a minimum of once per month to receive updates, relay questions to MDH, and strategize about the work plan. • Coordinate approvals of timelines, work plans, media plans, creative assets, and all other deliverables with MDH. All collateral and assets developed as part of this work will need to be approved by MDH. • Adhere to the State of Minnesota’s accessibility requirements and ensure all content developed meets accessibility standards.
