Specifications include, but are not limited to: Restaurant Management Company responsibilities: 1. Market and advertise the Edinburgh USA Restaurant and work in partnership with the Golf Course and Clubhouse Operations team to cross-promote all services available at Edinburgh USA throughout the term of the lease. 2. Provide and maintain all necessary kitchen, dining, and other equipment and inventory to offer food and beverage service on a year-round basis. 3. At a minimum, the restaurant must be open for business between 11:00 am and 9:00pm daily. During the golf season it is preferred that the restaurant have “grab and go” food available during all booked tee times. During the non-golf season (approximately November 15 to April 1) the Restaurant Management Services team may operate at mutually agreed upon hours. 4. Operate a mobile snack and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) cart on days the golf course is open during hours as agreed upon with the Golf Manager. 5. Provide alcoholic beverage catering services for all Edinburgh USA events. 6. Staff the restaurant, beverage cart and alcohol catering areas with customer serviceoriented people who are professional, friendly and courteous to all guests. 7. Provide and operate point of sale system and credit card processing for restaurant, beverage cart and alcohol catering events. The Restaurant Management Services team will purchase technology services (phone and internet) from the City of Brooklyn Park Information Technology Services department. 8. Provide cable television and music services in the restaurant. 9. Provide cleaning and general maintenance for all restaurant/bar and office spaces including but not limited to, kitchen, dining room, bar, office areas, and patio area daily or more frequently as needed. The Restaurant Services Manager shall pay a negotiated portion of the common areas of the clubhouse. 10. Repair and maintain all the equipment and personal property in use for the Restaurant food and beverage operation whether equipment is provided by the City or the Restaurant Management team. This shall include but is not limited to restaurant kitchen equipment, grease traps, fire suppression equipment, lighting, flooring and doors. 11. Schedule and provide for all required inspections (i.e. fire, kitchen equipment, health department, etc.).
