The selected property management company will be responsible for the following services: 1. Intake Process: Manage the onboarding of residents, ensuring compliance with all program requirements. 2. Rent Collection: Administer rent collection, including tracking payments and managing delinquencies. 3. Day-to-Day Maintenance and Emergency Calls: Address routine maintenance needs and respond to emergency calls promptly. 4. All Repairs and Supplies: Oversee repairs and provide necessary supplies to maintain the property. 5. Lawn Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of the property’s exterior, including lawn care. 6. Snow Removal: Provide timely and effective snow removal services. 7. Trash Collection: Manage regular trash and recycling services. 8. Financial Management: a. Prepare and submit monthly financial statements. b. Develop and maintain an annual budget for the property. 9. Reporting: Provide information as needed for EDA reporting requirements, including updates for Minnesota Housing, EDA commissioners, and other stakeholders.
