Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Saint Paul Public Library (SPPL) is currently accepting proposals to select eligible providers for the provision of security services in our physical locations as well as at any community events where such services may be beneficial. The Saint Paul Public Library is comprised of the George Latimer Central Library in Downtown St. Paul, 12 community locations and a Mobile Library serving patrons across the city. Library services are delivered at our locations as well as at community events throughout Saint Paul. These events may be held by SPPL or conducted in conjunction with other City departments or community partners.
