The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Disability Services Division (STATE), is seeking proposals from qualified Responders to analyze prospective models of funding retirement benefits for direct support workers in self-directed Medicaid services. The qualified Responder will describe any existing models that provide retirement benefits for direct support workers in Medicaid services. In addition, the qualified Responder will perform actuarial and economic analysis of prospective models of funding retirement benefit options for this population in Minnesota.
