A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Existing roofing system removal. 2. Selective demolition. 3. New roofing system. 4. Removal and replacement of selective rooftop mechanical equipment. 5. Electrical disconnects and reconnects. 6. New below grade water line from existing City watermain to existing Brine Building. 7. Water Service excavation and restoration of paved and non-paved site improvements. C. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved on or before October 31, 2025. Work on site may not commence before the Notice-to-Proceed is issued and until all specified materials and equipment procurements are confirmed as complying with the Project Substantial Completion dates, unless authorized differently in writing by the MnDOT Project Manager. D. Concurrent Work: Owner will award separate contract(s) for the following concurrent construction and equipment installation operations at Project site: 1. Asbestos containing material abatement, known and unknown.
