A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Carpentry, Sheet Metal, Heating and Installation, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpeting, Drywall Taper, Glazier, Laborer, Painting, Sprinkler System Changes and Terrazzo Modification. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Renovate existing offices in phases to add additional offices and additional workspaces to be provided by owner’s furniture vendor. 2.) Replace plastic laminate casework in the breakroom. 3.) Patch terrazzo at new door opening in Lobby. 4.) Utilize some attic stock carpet for patching and utilize carpet with the offices for additional patching. 5.) The Contractors shall work collaborative with owner’s furniture vendor for coordination with and installation of furniture.
