Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Contract for the 2025 MMCAP Infuse National Member Meeting Conference. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals. Prices submitted in response are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. This event requires a location within 15 miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) Airport. Conference Dates: 2025: Sunday, April 20, to Thursday, April 24 (preferred dates), Sunday, April 6, to Thursday, April 10 (alternative dates); Single Room Lodging is the estimated need for 40 on Sunday, and 180 Monday-Wednesday, Checking out on Thursday. Catering estimates vary from 20-300 depending on day of conference. Conference venue needs to be able to accommodate 300. Breakout Rooms must be private rooms.
