Providing easy access and multiple distribution channels for textbooks/course materials 4. Providing excellent customer service 5. Developing a comprehensive marketing and promotional strategy to reach students, members of the campus community, alumni, visitors, and friends 6. Comprehensive online/web strategy 7. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology for online orders, customer service and item delivery. 8. Comprehensive buy-back program including online and on-campus end of term buy backs. 9. Fully functional Spirit Shop that appeals to college students in one of the most prominent locations on campus. 10. Create an inviting, active, space for students, faculty, staff and guests of the University. 11. Engage in campus activities. 12. Work with the office of Alumni Affairs to reach out to the broad database of Husky Alums. 13. Work with athletics to earn their business through quality service, product and pricing. 14. Maintain a vibrant online merchandising presence to coincide with the virtual bookstore.
