Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove all snow from the parking lots and sidewalks and walkways leading from the parking lot to the building entrances. Contractor must apply de-icing material, which only includes magnesium chloride in the form of liquid or granular to the sidewalks when ice conditions exist and shall be incidental to the snow removal. Liquid deicer is preferred near building entrances. Contractor will only use liquid deicer on concrete installed in the past year, with for the 2024-2025 snow season will be all concrete at the Northern Environmental Center and for the 2025-2026 snow season will be all concreate at the Central Service and Licensing Center. Contractor may use bulk de-icing materials of 100% salt on parking lots.
