MnDOT requests proposals to provide geotechnical investigation for the Foundations Recommendation, utility coordination, as well as biddable final plans, specifications, and estimates required to bring the project to letting on time and within budget. State Project 0116-51 that is a mill and overlay project with shoulder widening, box culvert replacements, guardrail replacement, drainage improvements, and construction of left turn lanes at two intersections which is currently being developed for a Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 letting. The project is located on US 169 from the Mississippi River Bridge (BR #01004) to 0.15 miles South JCT Trunk Highway (TH) 200 in Hill City. The project is funded in the District 1 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) by both District 1 and Central Office with Federal and State funds
