Page 2 of 2 SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - SERVICES The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine both small and large business sources capable of providing the Iowa City VA Medical Center, its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Critical Care Transport (CCT) services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays. Services per this notice under NAICS 621910 - Ambulance Services. Small Business Size Standard is $22.5 million.
