Contractor will provide all manual and automatic vending and related equipment necessary to provide high quality snack and refreshment vending services at the locations designated in these specifications and in accordance with the Vending Specifications stated herein. Contractor guarantees that all equipment installed will meet all other applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. Contractor agrees to keep equipment clean and maintain a high standard of sanitation at all times. County agrees to provide utility including necessary water and electrical lines within ten feet of each item of equipment specified requiring such lines. All electrically operated machines will be grounded and meet National Electrical Codes, Local Codes and all other Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) standards. Vending equipment will remain the property of the Contractor. The County is not responsible for and assumes no liability for damage to contractor furnished equipment unless specifically damaged due to a negligent act by the County. The Contractor will carry such insurance as may be required to cover vandalism, theft or equipment damage as outlined in the General Conditions. Vending contractor will remove all packaging and related trash from the building(s) daily upon completion of stocking machines. The Vending Contractor will furnish all supplies required to provide the proposed vending services and will submit a complete list of products to be used with the proposal.
