Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase I: Concept Design - Work with Wildfire Prevention team to finalize interpretive messages for the exhibits. Work with the Wildfire Prevention team to produce a comprehensive interpretive exhibit concept plan for the exhibit area that provides interpretation of all selected themes and meets the goals and objectives of the project. The concept plan should include the contractor’s’ recommendations for exhibits that incorporate both traditional interpretive methods and emerging technologies where sustainable for message delivery. Exhibits must meet state and federal accessibility laws (so people with cognitive, hearing, physical and visual disabilities can receive the same information and context). This must include audio description of the entire exhibit space and the hardware to deliver the audio description. All exhibits must be accessible for people with cognitive, hearing, physical and visual disabilities.
