Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) is requesting proposals for security services at our three campuses: Anoka Ramsey Coon Rapids and Cambridge campuses. Plus Anoka Technical Campus. The contractor’s duties, under the direction of the Director of Public Safety at ARCC/ATC include but are not limited to the following: • Assigned patrol duty of the campus buildings including classrooms and other designated patrol areas, all parking lots and other areas on/near college property. • ARCC/ATC will provide a physical security office and patrol vehicle necessary for the officer to perform the duties mentioned above and as may be required. The officer will be provided with an field training officer (FTO) orientation guide and basic patrol requirements that are to be performed on a daily basis. • Officer will be competent in operating camera systems and subsystems, including operation and downloading data when requested; reports will be done digitally using OMNIGO systems • Officer will be competent in initiating the telephonic Emergency Notification System when directed by Public Safety as appropriate • Officer will be available for special events, added security vigilance and also for assignments to assist staff /faculty/visitors as may be necessary. • Officers will be proficient in the use of software associated with report completion, and daily operations involving programs in Microsoft Office(Word and Excel)
