Campuses and Access Control Needs The selected vendor will provide a turnkey solution, including cabling, equipment, installation, and software integration, for the following campuses: Leake Central Junior High School o 11 access control doors Leake Central Elementary School o 13 access control doors o 8 monitor doors Leake County High School o 9 access control doors o 15 monitor doors Leake County Elementary School o 10 access control doors 2. System and Hardware Requirements IP-based access control system with PoE functionality. Secure card readers, electronic locks, and door position sensors for all access control doors. Monitor doors must include door position sensors and alerts for unauthorized access. Centralized management software with remote monitoring capabilities. System must support role-based access control (RBAC) for administrators, faculty, and staff. Scalable infrastructure to allow for future expansion. Cloud-based or on premise software options should be detailed in the proposal, with considerations for cybersecurity and data privacy. Full integration with the existing access control solution at Leake Central High School.
