Task 1: Operational Evaluation of Current Conditions and Space Needs Assessment • Evaluate the existing building and exterior spaces, identifying operational issues of space quality, layout and detail. • Conduct site assessments to evaluate the anticipated needs of City Hall and Utility Billing to determine spatial needs and confirm organization structure • Provide comprehensive architectural and engineering plans including site requirements and needs Task 2: Opinion of Probable Costs – Anticipated Budgets • Prepare conceptual Opinion of Probable Costs for solutions presented in Task 1 • Opinions to reflect construction estimates, owner purchased items and soft costs Task 3: Anticipated Schedule and Phasing • Provide an anticipated overall schedule/timeline to include the timeline for design, construction document preparation, procurement, and completed construction • Outline the anticipated planning and construction phasing required Task 4: Architecture Design and Construction • Provide services in each of the following phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration • Develop plans and specifications for review with city officials
