This initiative aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area, promote local businesses, and improve the overall visitor experience. The selected contractor will be responsible for: Furnishing: Provide high-quality materials for awnings and signage, ensuring durability and weather resistance. Installation: Preparation – there might be awning removal or substrate preparation before the facade can receive a new awning or sign. Professional installation of all awnings and signage, adhering to safety regulations and local building codes. Coordinate with local businesses to minimize disruption during the installation process. Project Management: Manage the timeline and deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project within the allocated budget of $50,000. Project Scope: The final scope of the work shall be negotiated between the contractor and the client to render a final all–inclusive budget of $50,000.
