The PSC will serve as a stakeholder task force to provide strategic advice and direction during the planning process and to build capacity and knowledge among members so that they are empowered to advance plan outcomes within their agencies/organizations. The Consultant will work with the City to identify representatives to serve on this committee. Technical Advisory Committee: The role of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is to advise the PMT and the project consultants on technical issues, review deliverables, gather relevant information from their organization to further the study and provide key communications links with the staff of the organizations represented, particularly within their own department and/or agency.
