The contractor shall provide all labor and supervision necessary to provide data entry for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and other services provided at the Airman and Family Readiness Center's (A&FRRC) Columbus AFB MS. The TAP is used by everyone who is separating or retiring, whether voluntary or involuntary from the military service. Also, the program is used for civilian personnel who are facing a reduction-in-force (RIF). Contractor personnel will assist with other administrative functions and programs as needed. Primary performance will be focused on TAP assistance with an estimated time value of 70% and other duties/programs with an estimated time value of 30%. Contractor personnel will keep detailed records by inputting information into various computer programs used in conjunction with TAP. Contractor personnel will assist in arranging classroom seating, ensuring chilled water, coffee and snacks are available for workshops, re-arranging the classroom after completion of the workshop, and entering all required data into associated data bases. The primary purpose of the service is to capture statistical information and direct and/or assist customers by telephone, or walk-in to appropriate M&FRC staff members for assistance, or to assist the customer with accessing the TAP computers.
NOTE:
When submitting a quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and toher factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are:
1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation
2. Technical Acceptability: Submit technical capability statement IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS).
3. Options: Fill out pricing information for option years in the pricing schedule on the attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation.
A filled out Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Price Schedules, and Technical Capability statements shall be submitted via email to anna.jackson.9@us.af.mil and CCed to nina.jones.2@us.af.mil no later than 4:30pm CST, 7 June 2024 in order to be considered timely. Please do not re-send/copy and paste the PWS. Questions are due no later than 4:30pm 31 May 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendements issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the Offeror ineligible for award.
