The City of Ferguson (“City”) is soliciting proposals to provide notice to property owners in violation of the City’s overgrown vegetation ordinance for a period of 7/1/22 - 10/1/22. The examinations shall also be made in compliance with laws of the state of Missouri.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of the proposal, to waive technicalities and to accept the offer considered to be the most advantageous to the city. Electronic copies of the Request for Proposal bid packets may be submitted to the BidNet listing found at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/solicitations/closed-bids?keywords=city+of+ferguson Octavia Pittman at opittman@fergusoncity.com . The bidder shall submit a proposal that includes the “Bid Form.” Below. One copy must be received no later than 10:00am., Friday, June 3, 2022 and should be sent to the City Clerk, 110 Church Street, Ferguson, MO 63135 at which time they will be publicly opened. Each proposal shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-NOTICING SERVICES. Proposals will become a part of the City files and will not be returned.
Questions about any aspect of the bid can be submitted through Friday, May 27th, 2022 to
Octavia Pittman at opittman@fergusoncity.com. The City will provide a document with answers
to all submitted questions on its Bid Center, on the Bid Net listing, and via email on Tuesday,
May 31st, 2022.
