Purpose The City of Ozark, Missouri requests qualifications for engineering design and construction administration services to assist in a public facilities project to be partially financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The remainder of the project is being financed by the City. The project consists of grant administration, permit acquisition, creation of right-of-way/easement documentation, community outreach, contractor bid administration, engineering design services, and construction administration services. The anticipated project scope is expected to be but is not limited to the following: 1. Grant Administration 2. Permit Acquisition a. Environmental reviews and permitting. b. Obtain all necessary local/state/federal permits for construction. 3. Right-of-Way and Easement Documentation a. Prepare all legal documentation required to obtain ROW and easements required for construction.
