Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full descriptions of the plan and any enhancement options being offered (i.e., critical illness, workplace modifications), including any eligibility or pre-existing condition limitations must be included with your submission. The County self-bills this program. Consideration will only be given to those proposals providing a composite rate, regardless of job classification. Currently that rate is $.31/$100 of payroll. The Plan will become effective January 1, 2025, for a one-year term however, the County will give favorable consideration to three (3) additional one-year extensions, under the same terms and conditions, based on the assumption that monies are allocated each year in the annual operating budget.
