Performance Requirements: 2.2.1 The contractor shall access the leased property only through the Main Front Gate of the Boonville Correctional Center, Boonville, Missouri. 2.2.2 The contractor must submit to the state agency for approval, prior to admittance, a list of personnel to be allowed access to the leased property. a. The state agency reserves the right to approve or disapprove any personnel proposed on the list. b. All personnel admitted to the leased property must carry an identification card that contains a photograph while on the leased property. 2.2.3 Animal Units Allowed: The contractor shall not place more than sixty (60) animal units on the leased property. For purposes of this document, each 1,000 pounds of average weight shall be one animal uit. The following will be used as a basis for calculating animal units: a. One Bull = 1.25 animal units b. One 1,000 lb cow = 1 animal unit c. One yearling steer or heifer = .75 animal unit d. One calf (6 months to 1 year) = .5 animal unit e. One calf (3 to 6 months) = .3 animal unit f.
