Proposers are to assist the County by providing the following: a. Competitive CoC Application and HUD’s Annual Reports. Work with St. Louis County to design and lead a collaborative process for timely preparation and submission of the Continuum of Care Competition Application and if awarded, HUD Annual Reports. b. Coordinated Entry. Assist with continued evaluation and implementation of Coordinated Entry and Diversion services, identifying strengths, opportunities to enhance outcomes for homeless clients, and identification of potential opportunities for regional planning. c. HUD Compliance and Housing First. Provide technical assistance and training to the County to advance the application of Housing First principles as well as compliance with HUD requirements and policies.. d. Participate in the Consolidated Plan.
