Specifications include, but are not limited to: City employees and jurors have made it known they need breakfast, lunch and a snack! The Comptroller is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to operate innovative food service concepts in City Hall and 1520 Market Street. Ideally, these concepts will offer a unique experience similar to a food hall on a college campus or row of airport concessions. This experience could be offered by a collaboration of food service providers or multiple providers, who submitted separate proposals, operating independently in shared or adjoining spaces. Alternatively, one Operator could offer a foodcourt style experience by providing a variety of different options (possibly including long or short-term collaborations or pop-up concepts). Proposals for creative concepts are encouraged.
