Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beverages shall be delivered on a weekly basis to the Oak Hills Golf Center, 932 Ellis Blvd., Jefferson City, MO. Delivered quantities will be determined on an as needed basis. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination, Oak Hills Golf Center. Services: The golf course will provide two coolers, one display and one storage, for products delivered to the location. Bidders shall state their delivery schedule and policy in responding to shortages of product for resale. Delivery of product shall be one time per week. Saturday delivery may be needed. This statement should deal with bidder policy during normal working hours for bidder employees as well as after-hours and weekends when the golf course remains open. Returns: On occasion, the contractor may be asked to buy back small amounts of inventory. Buybacks will be fulfilled at the request of the City with the approval of the contractor. Bidder shall state their policy on credit returns for beverages should certain products not sell. Promotions: The contractor(s) will be expected to provide, at not additional charge, menu boards and other promotional items normally provided by the vendor to other customers for the promotion of product sales.
