The selected consultant for this project will review all relevant plans to inform the analysis and recommendations from this study including, but not limited to, the City of Liberty’s Comprehensive Plan, the Trails and Greenways Plan, Storm Water Master Plan, Transportation Master Plan, Downtown Infill Plan, and the Unified Development Code as it relates to the project. Additionally, the consultant will utilize existing City master plan data to conduct a traffic and land use analysis of the corridor to determine traffic patterns, key centers of economic activity, and project future traffic volumes based on projected growth.
