Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project application and proposed consultant services must address: ● the methodologies and approaches the Respondent will use to customize recommendations for improvement of jail medical care at the City Justice Center (200 S. Tucker) for newly arrested detainees and currently confined inmates and to meet National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) Standards with the NCCHC Standards for Health Services in Jails (2018) serving as the framework for identifying opportunities for improvement and subsequent recommendations throughout the process; ● activities along with timeline in which the Respondent will engage, including virtual meetings, in-person site visits (indicating frequency and number of hours, monthly reports, document reviews (including staffing, operations, policies and procedures, electronic medical records, 6 forms, minutes, organizational structure, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), follow-up on recommendations previously made, and training); ● Interviews, observations, inspections, examinations, and reviews Respondent will perform monthly in-person and virtually.
