The Proposer shall provide delivery to location and all labor, material, equipment, transportation, set-up, firing, clean-up, and other miscellaneous items for the presentation of an innovative and attractive, aerial pyrotechnic display visible to an audience viewing from any area vantage points around park immediately adjacent to the discharge site in accordance with the provisions that follow. a. LENGTH AND TYPE OF FIREWORKS PROGRAM/DISPLAY The fireworks display for the City’s 2025, 2026, and 2027, July 3rd celebrations shall be 25 minutes long. b. FIREWORKS DISPLAY To achieve the objective of providing an innovative and attractive, aerial pyrotechnic display, the Proposer is urged to include as many high bursting pieces as possible allowing for appropriate layering and balance of the overall program with no perceptible breaks or gaps in the display as well as a spectrum of styles, patterns, and sound effects. The program shall include an opening segment, a main show body with good themes and style, and a distinct and memorable grand finale.
