Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The lights shall be commercial, outdoor grade/use only. 2. Bid shall include samples and/or specs of the actual product(s) being proposed. 3. Provide prices for individual items: 50 count mini lights, 140 count (chasers) and rope lighting (price per foot), include the number of strands per case. Pricing is requested for LED lights. 4. All light strands, except chasers and rope, need to connect end to end, and the male plugs MUST be a stackable plug. 5. Chasers need to have watertight control boxes to keep moisture out. 6. Light strand is to remain lit if one bulb burns out. 7. Mini light strands must not be packaged in any type of hard packaging within the case (plastic trays, cardboard boxes etc.) and must be either twist-tied or rubber banded. 8. Strands of 50 count to be on 6-inch centers. 9. 50 count and 140 count mini lights to be on green wire. 10. Please specify and provide the minimum length of rope lighting that is available to be ordered. 11. Include list of all available colors (including special multi-color versions – i.e. strand of blue, teal, and purple bulbs, etc.) in each type of lighting. 12. Entire light order to be delivered to Ft. Zumwalt Park in O’Fallon, Missouri no later than September 1, 2024. • All pricing shall include shipping/delivery, even if bid is divided between companies. • Shipping/delivery of the lights shall be a one time, per year (per vendor, if applicable), delivery in late July/early August. 13. Purchase Order to be accepted. 14. Prices are based on estimated quantities needed. The City reserves the right to increase and/or decrease quantities. 15. Length of strands MUST be included in bid. The City prefers a minimum of 24 feet if possible.
