The City of O’Fallon – Water Division is seeking qualified Vendors for “Inserta Valve”, “EZ Valve”, or equivalent, purchase and installation. Staff is looking to have multiple locations and sizes installed in the City of O’Fallon. Specifications of work include the following: • City Staff will perform all excavation and restoration of work locations. • City staff will provide all necessary Traffic Control. • The City of O’Fallon will provide assistance from staff as needed for the installation. • Locations for the Inserta Valves (or equivalent) will be installed within the City of O’Fallon’s Water Distribution District and will be determined at a later date. • Vendor will supply Inserta Valves (or equivalent), any accessories, and on-site installation. • The City will only do as many Inserta Valves (or equivalent) as the budget allows.
